The Bouché champagne house was founded in 1920 by Abel Bouché, who then owned a vineyard of one hectare from which he sold the grapes. After the Second World War, on the advice of his son Pierre, he started producing and selling his own champagne.
The third generation, that of José and Astrid Bouché, contributed to the development of the champagne house and vineyard. Today, assembly is carried out by Nicolas and Stéphanie Bouché, the fourth generation. Of course still under the watchful eye of José. The family story continues like this. The family business is highly regarded throughout the Champagne region. Our products are sold all over the world.
